If you have an outdoor barrel sauna kit and you have kids, you must have had trouble keeping them out of the sauna.
But really, have you wondered if the sauna could be good for your children?

Can Your Kids be in the Sauna?

Actually, there really is no harm in letting your kids be in the sauna. Here is what you should look out for:

  • Given that infants’ and young ones’ bodies can’t withstand heat as easily, you should try and keep kids under the age of eight out of the sauna.
